Goals Suck

I know.... writing goals is like a trip to the dentist. Even if you don't write them, atleast think about the questions.

I have no lofty goals. I don't really feel like I have goals. I feel like I have rules and possibly things to look forward to.

THe rule is I stick to the south beach diet. (Day 9 of phase 1 right now). THe second rule is I weigh myself on sunday night. The third rule is I take a picture of myself every Monday night.

Thems the rules.

I look forward to the use of more of my closet.

that's about it. yay!

I like the rules.
Good call on only weighing your self once a week. Congrats on your latest results. It sounds like you've been though some major trials. I admire your dedication.
Keep up the good work! You should be proud of yourself.

My goal is simple... I want to live healthier & longer and look better.

I weigh myself weekly, and will stick with the WW plan. Strangely, several exercise opportunities popped into my week last week. I really don't mind the walking, but really like a buddy to chat with (kills two birds with one stone).

I need to be better about recording my food on the WW program; it's easy to lose accountability if I don't. Breakfast needs to become more of a priority; if I get "starving" there's no stopping me!

Simple. To the point.
Losing weight and keeping it off will be major health improvers.

Opportunity knocks. It's always there when your looking for it. Hooray!

Recording what you eat and your activity is important for accountability, and also for motivation. Tells you what you did right, and what you can improve upon.
